You must be 18 years or older to become a member.

RandomCash allows you to create an account by paying three people: your sponsor, one randomly
chosen member, and the site admin. You will get a personal URL to promote and your banners and/or
textads will be displayed randomly across the site, no matter who the sponsor is.

RandomCash uses a database and PHP script to randomly select the random member. After each
payment, you will be automatically redirected to the next payment page. The randomizer page will select
from ALL member IDs entered into the database.

By joining RandomCash and adding your ID to the randomizer, you agree that you understand fully
that the system is completely random.

You also agree that you understand, not all visitors to RandomCash will automatically choose to join
the system. We do not and will not guarantee 100% that all members will receive random payments from
the system, although all members ID's are rotated and displayed in accordance with the weight
associated with each ID. All members start out with equal weight. Additional weight is available for
purchase in the members area.

It is further agreed that a requirement of membership is that you maintain a Personal Pro or Business
account with AlertPay. If you do not have one of these upgraded accounts, you will not be able to accept
payments from new members. You will also stop the sign up process of new members because they
cannot make their membership payments. This affects the entire process for everyone.

Accounts that are not Personal Pro or better and that stop people from making or receiving payments
WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT WARNING AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

SPAM -- Please make sure you understand FULLY the rules about unsolicited advertising. All
members who join the system will be issued a Personal RandomCash URL to send their own prospects
to join the system via their own AlertPay ID. The URL is issued with your member ID included in the
address. You may use this URL to link to the randomizer from your website, by sending email messages,
and by sending direct traffic there.

However, we operate under a strict ANTI-SPAM policy and WILL (without notice and without entering
into any correspondence) DELETE any member instantly that uses the RandomCash link in any form of
unsolicited advertising. We take SPAM complaints very seriously and will make NO exceptions to this
rule.

When you join RandomCash you are agreeing to the above terms.
